We have a comprehensive 12 week training course, with mentors and follow up that meet at least once a week based on individual needs. We also have ongoing education and training classes throughout the year. How do you get started? The State of Tennessee requires you to take 60 pre-licensing hours of required education and 30 post-licensing hours prior to being allowed to take the state license test. Once you have passed the state test, each licensee is required to take 16 hours of continuing education every two years to maintain their real estate license.
